Description of Automatic 5 gallon barrel washing machine with hot
alkaline water
Specifications of the 5 gallon barrel washing machine:
Washing machine mainly consists of frame, the conveyor, flushing
lines, water tanks, bottle rack s as well as other components.
1, Rack: entirely by 75x45 square tube welded stainless steel,
plate material SUS304, high strength, good rigidity, light weight,
beautiful appearance, easy to clean and so on. Automatic bottle
bodies and chassis welding.
2, Conveyor: driven sprocket, chain, prop bottle rack, solid bottle
cups, etc., in which chains, sprockets have been carefully designed
to make it more scientific and more perfect.
3, Main driving: frequency control bottle bottle conveyor station
every one stays fixed time, chain plate relative to the position of
the automatic bottle and the angular position off the bottle also
undergo a rigorous calculation to ensure accurate positioning of
the entire automatic operation .
4, Adjusting: You can adjust the chain end bearing bolts to ensure
that the whole chain of elastic consistency.
The pipes are made of SUS 316 washing machine pipe connection,
using my company unique rotating spiral SUS 316 nozzle, washing
points stronger efforts to good effect, high efficiency no dead
ends.
The rinsing is divided into 24 times and draining stations are set
after each rinsing steps by alkali liquid, aseptic water and pure
water, each station time is 18S.
When the power is turned on, PLC was electric start work, control
contactor pull so hot lye, potions, return water, pure water pumps
start working, then the output signal to the inverter, the flushing
and filling conveyor chain conveyor electrical work, then automatic
bottle makes the bottle gradually into each process starts flushing
(flushing time and lye temperature can be adjusted via the touch
screen), flushing is completed, bottle after bottle rack down to
fall on the conveyor.
The machine has three tanks:1 pcs hot alkaline liquor tank, 1pcs of
sterile water tank, 1 pcs pure water tank.
The bucket will go into the first step washing, the pre washing by
tap water, it will be connected with machine by pipes directly; The
second to 4th step is for the hot alkaline liquor(65℃) washing;
Then the bucket will be dripped in the 5th step; The machine use
the return water which come from the salinity water in RO water
treatment system for washing in 6th to 7th step, it will be
cnnected directly with the pipes; Then the bucket will be dripped
in the 8th step; In the following 9th to 12th steps, buckets will
be washed well washed by the sterile water from SUS 316 tank; the
bucket will be dripped in the 13th step; We will wash bottles by
the pure water from the tank in 14th to 15th steps; In the final
step, the buckets will be dripped to dry and come out.
Each channel has a dosing tank doubles as a funnel and filter use,
it can be cleaned from the funnel of the water tank can be replaced
during operation without affecting the washing machine to work
properly, a funnel with a Plexiglas cover, you can inside the water
level monitoring.
Tank has a low level alarm, when too much water, it can overflow
through the overflow port; alkali tanks are equipped with
thermostatically controlled heater.
Each tank has a bottom drainage, mix water is discharged through
the outlet via the drainage duct.
Pure water is not equipped with a special water tank rack, direct
access to foreign finished water pumps.
Each pump outlet has a valve, flush the water off automatically
guarantee, pass; does not work when the outlet water from the valve
to return to their tank (finished water back to the pump before the
pipeline), to avoid the pump frequent starting, improved life of
the pump.
Off the bottle mechanism consists of propping bucket, bottle rack
stand, vertical cylinders and other components bottles, bottle
washing is completed, after falling off the bottle, directly on the
conveyor.
There are 12 pcs of washing nozzles, the speed are all adjustable.

The volume of each tank is 1000L, it needs to be changed the water
in tanks per 5 hours
