Description of Barrel outer 3 / 5 gallon washing machine with

This 5 gallon washing machine use a new rotating omnidirectional
scrubbing process. The 5 gallon bucket is in contact with the brush
and relative movement to achieve the scrubbing effect. The frame,
baffle and control box are made of 304 stainless steel. The
operation control is divided into start/stop/emergency stop
buttons. This equipment adopts a rotary 4 station design and can
wash the outer barrel neck, outer barrel body, barrel bottom and
other parts. Realize full scrubbing in all directions outside the
bucket. After scrubbing, rinse again with clean water to rinse off
the dirt. And equipped with circulating water tank, circulating
water pump, double-layer filter, plexiglass cover, etc. It has the
obvious advantages of fast bucket speed, better bucket cleaning
effect, and particularly strong stability. When the blocked bucket
appears on the conveyor belt at the outlet of the bucket, the main
power will slip without stopping, and it will resume work after the
block is drained. It fully embodies the humanized design and is a

production enterprises.
