1 . Descriptions:
This fabric is 94% polyester and 6% spandex. Its count is
100D+40D*100D+40D. This fabric is the preferred softshell fabric
for outdoor sports. Its face cloth uses 4 way stretch fabric, which
has excellent elasticity. Through the TPU breathable and
moisture-permeable membrane, the effect of breathability and
moisture permeability is well achieved. A layer of bird's eye
knitted fabric is also compounded to increase the thickness and
warmth of the fabric. This fabric is made of outdoor clothing
jackets with good warmth and water resistance, and outdoor use has
been expanded.

3 .Breathable Fabrics:
The main functions of waterproof breathable fabric are: waterproof,
moisture permeable, breathable, insulating, windproof and warm. In
terms of production technology, the technical requirements of
waterproof breathable fabric are much higher than that of ordinary
waterproof fabric.
At the same time, from the quality, waterproof breathable fabrics
also have functional characteristics that other waterproof fabrics
not have. Waterproof breathable fabrics strengthen fabric tightness
and water tightness , at the same time , its unique water vapor
permeability, can make the internal water vapor flowing rapidly.
This feature can avoid breeding mold and maintain the body dry all
the time. This solves the problem between breathable and windproof,
waterproof, heat preservation perfectly . It’s a new type of
healthy and environmental-protection fabric.
Working principle: In the state of water vapor, water particles are
very small. According to the principle of capillary movement, they
can infiltrate the capillary to the other side smoothly, and thus
have steam permeability. When the water vapor condense into water
droplets, due to the effect of water surface tension which called ”
pull against each other between water molecules”, water molecules
cannot smoothly infiltrate to the other side. This becomes the
prevention of the infiltration of water and makes the membrane had
the function of waterproof.
