Power on test machine

After the device is energized, turn on the emergency stop knob
switch -- turn on the knob switch and other touch screens to start
up, enter the main screen motor automatic start button to make the
button red. Belt transfer will start, temperature heating start.
Wait for the temperature to reach the set point.On the main page,
you can set the basic parameters: temperature setting refers to
setting the melting point temperature of butyl rubber. Gluing speed
refers to the speed of the conveyor belt. Rectangle and circular
switch refers to the rectangular box and the aluminum frame with an
arc of plastic choice, delay parameter refers to the rubber when
the pressure wheel and the delay of the butyl adjustment, butyl is
to refer to a separate section of aluminum strip plastic, automatic
control refers to manual automatic conversion, plastic cylinder
plastic change refers to the use of butyl rubber cylinder after the
operation of adding butyl.
Install pneumatic pressure regulating valve on the left side of the
box and connect the air source with the adjustment range of
0-0.8mpa. The air source requires dry compressed air.
Install the touch screen at the reserved hole in the front left of
the equipment table, plug the power plug and tighten the screws on
both sides, and plug the communication plug and tighten the screws
on both sides. Just fix the installation panel (the packaging
device may not have removed the touch screen, that is, no
installation is needed)
