Butyl glue automatic coating can be controlled for aluminum frames
LJTB 02 Automatic butyl extruder machine is used for spreading
aluminum spacer frames evenly with hot melt butyl. The butyl
extruder uses large electrical control panel which makes the
operation more easier than before. After the machine is opened and
installed, it is placed in a certain position. Install the
adjusting bolts on the six bottom corners of the machine, and make
a pit in the center of the front foot. Adjust the height of the
bolt to adjust the working table of the machine to a horizontal
state.Install the motor on the motor seat on the transfer beam,
adjust the belt tension bolt from the driving wheel to make the
belt force uniform, to ensure that the belt will not run off when
the transmission. Connect the power cord of the motor. The power
cord with three cores in the middle of two power cords and the fan
of the motor is connected to the middle U/V/W position of the
terminal

Install pneumatic pressure regulating valve on the left side of the
box and connect the air source with the adjustment range of
0-0.8mpa. The air source requires dry compressed air.
Install the touch screen at the reserved hole in the front left of
the equipment table, plug the power plug and tighten the screws on
both sides, and plug the communication plug and tighten the screws
on both sides. Just fix the installation panel (the packaging
device may not have removed the touch screen, that is, no
installation is needed)
