LIJIANG production line adopts the latest technology, its main purpose is to create high-end

Now LIJIANG mainly has two kinds of IG line with different two different technologies. One

uses transfer wheels to transport glass, and the other is a new technology that uses

air-floating technology to transport glass. This new technology is to prevent the glass from

being contaminated by wheels and leaving traces, so new technology is used to improve

the IG production’s high quality.

LJBZ2535 washing&drying section is inclined vertical structure. The control box is arranged on

the outside of the washing section. The cleaning section and water tank are made of stainless

steel and corrosion-resistant materials. The roller is an acid and alkali rubber roller, which is

automatically adjusted according to the thickness of the glass. This section adopts stepless

frequency conversion speed regulation, the glass can run smoothly at the right speed. The

cleaning section has three pairs of brushes with high pressure water sprayer to clean, can

clean low-e glass; The drying section has a pair of slanting blades with a partition board, which

automatically adjusts the distance between the two blades according to the thickness of the glass,

ensuring the air drying effect. Fan is 15KW variable frequency fan.When blowing dry small glass,

the fan is in low-frequency operation, the wind knife only use the lower half of the wind knife, not

only reduces the energy consumption greatly, but also does not affect the wind drying effect.

The waterway system consists of two separate water circulatory systems: the first level cleaning

of the waterway system, secondary rinsing waterway system, the glass first washed by the first

grade clean water, and then washed by the rinsing water. The water is pumped from the water

tank and sprayed onto the glass surface through the spray pipe. After cleaning the glass with the

brush, the water will flow back to the water tank for recycling. The primary cleaning tank has a

thermo-controlled water heater, which can automatically keep the water temperature. In order

to ensure the cleaning effect, the water conductivity must be no more than 40µs.If the water

quality is bad, need to be equipped with water treatment equipment, water after treatment come

into the rinse water tank.Recycling according to the above steps, the water treatment device by

Automatic High - speed filling argon gas

The IG line fills argon gas with 22s only for one piece of 1m*1m double glazing glass. Can set

and display the argon gas value on the screen directly. From the screen, we can observe the

argon gas content and filling speed intuitively.

When two pieces of glass are closing, it will start to fill argon gas from the bottom of the glasses.

When the previous set value is reached, inflation will stop automatically.

The washing machine uses six soft (Low-e) brushes with the 01mm diameter only.

It has 6 brushes which are all soft brush, can wash low-e glass, flat glass, tempered glass

and so on. It has a diameter of less than 0.1mm bristles, never damage glass, especially for

low-e glass.
