Main performance features:
Except for start stop operation, all operations are completed on
the touch screen, and the operation platform can be moved. Chinese
operation interface, easy to operate, natural, easy to understand.
The size data of glass sheet with 4 specifications and 32 sizes (8
kinds of each specification) can be set. The equipment can
automatically calculate the aluminum frame data according to each
size and sort them. Continuous processing can greatly improve the
efficiency and speed.
The CNC servo feeding system is adopted, and the adjustable
precision of aluminum frame size is 0.1M m/m
The CNC bending angle control system is adopted, with adjustable
accuracy of 0.1 °.
The non tailing design can realize the zero head processing in
addition to the cutting loss.
The four automatic storage tanks can store 4 kinds of aluminum
strip materials with length of 4-6m.
It has the function of high-speed automatic continuous cutting of
aluminum strip.
The bending speed shall be adjusted automatically according to the
size of aluminum frame to avoid deformation of large frame and
ensure high-speed and continuous small frame.
