LIJIANG production line adopts the latest technology, its main purpose is to create high-end

quality, to provide customers with the latest production technology, improve production efficiency,

save production costs and produce maximum benefits.

Now LIJIANG mainly has two kinds of IG line with different two different technologies. One uses

transfer wheels to transport glass, and the other is a new technology that uses air-floating

technology to transport glass. This new technology is to prevent the glass from being contaminated

by wheels and leaving traces, so new technology is used to improve the IG production’s high quality.

The LJBZ2535glass pressing section is used for the pressing and flat of insulating glass and the flat

pressure.Both of two actions are completed in this part, which greatly reduces the structure length

of the whole insulating glass production line.

The glass is supported and transmitted by the polyurethane roller. The transmission roller is driven

by the motor through the frequency conversion speed, which is driven by the chain wheel. The fixed

rear pressure plate is equipped with air cushion device to assist the glass conveying. The air cushion

gas source is filtered by high precision filter. The wind control system is adjusted according to the

working condition of the glass. The movable front presser is equipped with a suction device that can

hold the glass firmly. Glass slice and flat pressure by the hydraulic pressure drive control activities

before the synchronous transmission shaft of the compressor, ensure that two pieces of glass can

safely and balanced portfolio and according to set the time and pressure roller, hydraulic system

can automatically according to the size of the glass to provide four kind of pressure, different

specifications of the hollow glass can according to the required pressure roller, conform to the

requirements of insulating glass.

Both of the parameters of left and right orientation of the glass side and glass positioning up and

down direction are set according to the user's requirements. The servo system can accurately

perform the setting parameters.

It is the first one in China to use adjustable points to ensure that the platen will never deform.

We adopt CNC technology into the pressing board. We designed the adjustable points inside the

pressing board to keep the back plate straight all the time. In China, except LIJIANG, no one can

guarantee that the pressing board will remain vertical and straight all the time after used 10 or 20

years. However, we solve this problem already.

The pressing box uses servo motor and timing belt to support pressing IG units.

Servo motor can be accurately calculated the thickness of the glass and aluminum spacer.

Compared with traditional hydraulic station, servo motor can guarantee the precise working

pressure and protect the glass from damage, at the same time increasing the working speed.

The special structure inside the washing machine can automatically recognize glass thickness.

Allowing different thicknesses of glass to be transferred quickly, increasing production speed.

According to the test, it takes only 22s to produce a 1m*m insulating glass.

1). There is a universal joint device, when the glass thickness was changed, the wind knife will

move forward and backward to adjust the distance so that the relative distance between the

wind knife and the glass is constant, so as to avoid damage to the glass due to the changes

of the glass thickness.
