1.The Chain Conveyor Description
HUATAO chain conveyer is used in paper making industry to transport
all kinds of scattered and bundled raw material.It can do
horizontal transmission and less the 25 gradient transport.
It is widely used in feding about from waste paper and pulp board
to hydrapulper.It adopts chain to drive through plate to transport
raw material, with advantag of reasonable structure,large
transmission capacity,lower power consumption.
Chain conveyor used for conveying waste paper and pulp board to the
drum pulper or hydrapulper to make toilet tissue paper ,writing
paper,kraft paper,fluting paper,test liner,etc.
It is the best ideal waste paper and pulp plate conveying equipment
after many years useage of many paper mill. In order to meet the
needs of the users and techological layout requirements, the
transmission installation of chain conveyer is divided into left
type and right type(look up along the material running direction,
transmission installation in the right of the machine is right
type, Otherwise for the right type).
Customer can chose the chain conveyer installation types according
to the Process design requirements. When customer place an order
for chain conveyer, the left or right type should be indicated in
the contract.
Chain conveyor used for conveying waste paper and pulp board to the

Intended particularly for loading of waste pape(loose or in bales)

4.The Chain Conveyor Features
(1)Trough plate punch forming whith high strength and excellent in
cushine effect.
(2)Chain board adopts closed desigh to prevent material leaking.
(3)Two rows of idler traction chain and hollow roller shaft,and oil
can be injected from pin roll to shaft sleeve and wear-resistant
zinc-copper bushing.
