The horizontal paper roll machine with the same net paper width as the paper machine is used for the paper machine copied from the width of the paper roll into a tight uniform paper roll. It has the characteristics of reliable and convenient storage of replacement roll. The equipment mainly consists of the main frame, a paper cylinder device, a stretcher roller device, the main arm device, a secondary arm device, a pneumatic scraper device and so on. When the machine is running, the paper roll is driven to rotate by the friction of the surface against the rotating cylinder.

This machine is used for the first set of finishing equipment behind the paper machine. The roll cylinder is operated actively, and the roll is driven by friction to complete the paper winding. By adjusting the pressure of the auxiliary arm and the cylinder of the main arm to adjust the linear pressure between the roll and the cylinder, the operation can meet the needs of different kinds of paper and make the paper rolled down from the paper machine into a compact and uniform roll paper.

The winding roller is driven to wind paper by a cooling drum, the cooling cylinder is equipped with a driving motor. In working, the linear pressure between the paper roll and cooling drum can be adjusted by controlling the air pressure of the main arm and vice arm air cylinder.
