Slip performance tester for cartridge bottle leakage performance
It adopts 5.7 inch (320 × 240) single color LCD touch screen and
Chinese menu display. The keyboard can select the specifications of
the cartridge bottle, display and print the record chart of the
maximum force, starting force, re starting force, the driving force
required by the piston in the whole process of the internal wall
movement of the cylinder and the displacement of the piston.
LCD: made in Taiwan.
Sensor: Dongchang Dahe.
Key: Dongguan.
Mechanical: aluminum alloy oxidation treatment, 304 stainless
steel, high speed AD conversion, closed-loop loading tension.
Motor: subdivided stepping motor.
Software: the main CPU adopts AVR technology, with RS232
communication interface, and the software can be timely upgraded.

Shape of piston rod: round (the area of rod end is 70% of inner
diameter of cartridge bottle).
Setting mode: there are two setting modes of test speed and
displacement and thrust and time ("test speed and displacement" is
used for "piston sliding test" and "thrust and time" is used for
"leakage test").
The tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with
ybb00152004-2015 chlorinated butyl rubber piston and gasket for pen
syringe, ybb00162004-2015 brominated butyl rubber piston and gasket
for pen syringe and ybb000112004-2015 pre filling syringe assembly
(with injection needle) and other relevant standards.
