1. When the round blade is not used, it is necessary to hang the
blade vertically on a dry shelf. The round blade cannot be laid
flat, which will cause the round blade to deform.
2. The serrations of the round blade are hard and sharp, and cannot
be bumped or dropped on the ground.
3. It is necessary to wear protective cover, work gloves, hard hat,
safety shoes and protective glasses during operation.
4. Before installing the circular blade, it is necessary to confirm
the performance and use of the saw table to ensure that the cutting
direction indicated by the arrow of the circular blade is the same
as the rotation direction of the saw table. It cannot be installed
in the reverse direction. The wrong direction may cause the
sawtooth blades to fall off to prevent accidents.
5. When installing the round blade, you need to check whether the
round blade is cracked, distorted, flattened, missing teeth, etc.
before installing.
6. After the installation is completed, confirm whether the center
hole of the round blade is firmly fixed on the flange of the saw
table. If there is a washer, the washer needs to be fitted. Then,
gently push by hand to confirm whether the round blade rotates
eccentrically. .
7. When using, please do not exceed the specified higher speed.
8. After pre-conversion with a new blade before use, it needs to be
pre-rotated for one minute before use, so that the saw can enter
the working state before cutting.
9. The hardness requirements of round blades are more important.
Sometimes your material is better, and the hardness requirements
are not reasonable. The blades will collapse and soften.
