1. Description

HSn70-1 tin brass is a single-phase brass of Cu Zn Sn ternary system containing micro-arsenic. The micro arsenic in the copper tube can inhibit the dezincification corrosion and further improve the corrosion resistance of the alloy copper tube. HSn70-1 copper tube has good mechanical properties and is generally used to make heat exchanger and tube contacting corrosive liquid. Especially, it is widely used in inland thermal power plant to make high-strength and corrosion-resistant condenser tube of heat exchanger. In recent years, it has been proved that adding trace elements such as boron and nickel to HSn70-1 can improve the corrosion resistance of the alloy.
