department with professional fan motor testing facilities to keep
the quality proved.
6. Packing & Shipping
Each fan motor will be packed by waterproof packages, then put in
the thick and good quality cartons, around the products, some
protecting materials will be toegther, then we seal it carefully to
make the complete packing. After, we pile them carefully on the
good-quality pallets. Finally the outside covers waterproof
materials again to make it stronger and avoid the delivery
problems.

Q1. What is your terms of payment?
A:Usually,we accept T/T,irrevocable L/C at sight.For long term
business relations, we have more advantage terms for payment.
Q2. What is your terms of delivery?
A: We accept FOB,CIF,etc. You can choose the one which is the most
convenient or cost effective for you.
Q3: What is the lead time?
A:It usually takes 25 to 35 days after sample confirmation and
receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends
on the items and the quantity of your order. If the item was non
standard, we have to consider extra 10-15days for tooling/mould
made.
Q4. What is your sample policy?
A: We are glad to send samples for your inspection.Standard samples
can be free, but the clients need to cover the freight cost.
Q5. Can you produce according to the samples or drawings?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We
can build the molds and fixtures.
Q6: How to confirm the quality with us before starting to produce?
1) We can provide samples and you can choose one or more, then we
make the quality according to your requests.
2) Send us your samples, and we will make it according to your
quality.
Q7: How to solve the quality problems after sales?
A: Take photos of the problems and send to us. We will make a
satisfied solution for you within three days after we confirm the
problems.
Q8. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral cartons. If you have
legally registered patent, we can pack the goods by your logo after
getting your authorization letters.
Q9. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery. We have QC team comply
