Our manufacturing process generally includes: Raw material inspection → production → heat treatment → inspection & test → rewinding → packaging

We strictly control the purchase of raw materials, choose laser welding to minimize energy consumption and deformation. In the machining process we have layers of inspection to ensure the quality of the product. The inspection&test process generally includes dimensional inspection, non destructive evaluation(NDE) and hydrostatic test. We have two types of packing: wooden shaft and iron shaft.
