Rotary Barrel Hot Air Dryer Machine
Barrel dryer is of high dry capacity, smooth rotation, low energy
consumption, easy operation, high output and so on.
Barrel dryer is a kind of dryer with a rotating cylinde which is a
little bit incline.It
is widly used in building material, metallurgy, chemical industuy,
cement to dry the slag, limestone, coal powder,clay,etc.it is
simply structure, polished manufacture, high capacity, low
cinsumption, conveninent transportation and so on.
Wet material is loaded from one head of the dryer, and then it is
stirred by the bafflers that is uniformly distributed in the
barrel. Material is uniformly distributed and dispersed in the
dryer, fully contact the hot air of parallel (or counter) flow, so
the drying process is expedited, and the impulsion power of media
transfer is enhanced. During the drying process, material is under
the effect of angled baffler and hot air, moves to the star shape
unloader that is at the other head of the dryer.
Structures
The rotary dryer is mainly composed by the revolving body, lifting
plate, driving device, supporting device, sealing ring and other
components. So it has the advantages of reasonable structure,
perfect in workmanship, high yield, low energy consumption,
convenient to operate.
