Brief Introduction:

High-speed centrifugal spray drying is the most widely used technology in liquid forming and drying industry. Most suitable for the production of powdered, granular solid products from solutions, emulsions, suspensions and paste liquid raw materials.

Spray dryer is a kind of continuous atmospheric pressure dryer. Spray the liquid into fog with special equipment to dry it in contact with hot air. Used to dry some Thermos-sensitive liquids, suspensions and viscous liquids, such as milk, eggs, tannin acid and medicines. Also used for drying fuels, intermediates, soap powder and inorganic salts.

Operational Principle of Centrifugal Spray Dryer:

The air is filtered and heated into the top air distributor in the top of the dryer. The hot air is spirally and uniformly into the drying chamber. The high speed centrifugal atomizer at the top of the tower is made into very fine mist droplets and can be dried in a very short time with the hot air. The finished product is continuously made of the bottom and spin of the drying tower. In the air separator, the exhaust gas is emptied by the fan.

1. The drying speed is fast and the surface area of the liquid is greatly increased after atomization. In the hot air flow, 95% -98% moisture can be evaporated instantly. The drying time is only a few seconds, which is especially suitable for the drying of thermos-sensitive materials.

2. The product has good uniformity, fluidity and solubility, high purity and good quality.

3. Simplified production process, easy operation and control. For the liquid with moisture content of 40-60% (up to 90% of special material), the product can be dried into powder pellet at one time. After drying, there is no need to comminute and screen, to reduce the production process and improve the purity of the product.

4. The particle size, loose density and moisture content of the product can be adjusted by changing the operating conditions within a certain range, and the control and management are very convenient.
