We own foundry lines of Vacuum, Lost Foam, Static Pressure, Resin Sand, Vertical Molding and 3D printing technology, it is the most complete casting process enterprise in China.

We have owned ISO 9001, ATF16949 quality system certification, ISO14001 environmental management system certification and OHSAS 18001 

Hefei Casting & Forging Factory have various kinds of testing equipment and high-end simulation software, such as imported direct-reading spectrometer, fast carbon and sulfur analyzer, fast metallographic image system, NHO analyzer, 3D scanning automatic detector, 3D scanning imager, automatic inspection on molding sand line, on-line intelligent testing  and quality control system, MAGMA casting simulation analysis software and so on.
