which was established in 1958.We are the green casting
demonstration enterprise of China. We own foundry lines of Vacuum,
Lost Foam, Static Pressure, Resin Sand, Vertical Molding and 3D
printing technology, it is the most complete casting process
enterprise in China.

ISO14001 environmental management system certification and OHSAS

Hefei Casting & Forging Factory have various kinds of testing
equipment and high-end simulation software, such as imported
direct-reading spectrometer, fast carbon and sulfur analyzer, fast
metallographic image system, NHO analyzer, 3D scanning automatic
detector, 3D scanning imager, automatic inspection on molding sand
line, on-line intelligent testing and quality control system,
MAGMA casting simulation analysis software and so on.
Hefei Casting & Forging Factory mainly engages in the research and
development, manufacturing of cast iron parts for industrial
vehicles, construction machinery, automobiles, agricultural
machinery, rail transit, new energy, etc. and provides solutions
for casting structure and material for global market.
Hefei Casting & Forging Factory now has 250,000 tons of annual
casting production capacity and 30,000 tons of annual casting
