The 25B-A2P5N114 is manufactured by Rockwell Automation and is an AC drive from the PowerFlex 525 series. The drive operates on single-phase input voltage rated at 240 Volts AC. It has a maximum current rating of 2.5 Amps and it has a standard interface module. The 25B-A2P5N114 comes in an IP20 NEMA enclosure and it also has a built-in EMI filter. The EMI filter provides protection from electromagnetic noise and it also helps the users comply with the EN61800-3 standard. The removable MOV to ground protects the drive and provides hassle-free operation when used on ungrounded systems. The drive can be easily installed on a DIN rail mount. Follow the instructions provided by the manufacturer in the installation manual.

It is important to keep the minimum clearances while installing the drive to allow the airflow to keep the temperature around the drive maintained. The 25B-A2P5N114 also has various modes of operation which include closed loop velocity vector control, permanent magnet motor control, sensorless vector control, and volts per hertz control. It has two analog inputs and seven digital inputs. Six of the seven inputs are programmable and provide versatility. The 25B-A2P5N114 also has one analog output and a resolution of 10 bits and there are also two opto outputs and two relay outputs which can be used to indicate various drive and motor conditions. There is also a built-in communication port which connects over the Embedded Ethernet protocol and it also includes integral Rs485/ DSI communications which enable the drives to be used in multi-drop configurations.
