The 2711P-B7C22D9P Performance Terminal by AB is a high-performance
PanelView Plus 7 interface device with a 6.5-inch TFT display that
runs on 24V DC nominal The 2711P-B7C22D9P is designed for the
control and management of industrial automated devices connected to
the CompactLogix 5370 and to the ControlLogix 5570 controllers.
Users can easily set application parameters via it stainless-steel
keypad, and its resistive analog touchscreen with an anti-glare
shield that can withstand 100g of operational force. The
2711P-B7C22D9P offers a 132mm x 99mm (5.2in x 3.9in) touchscreen
area, with a 640 x 480 VGA resolution in 18-bit color graphics and
with an aspect ratio of 4:3. Its display brightness is 300cd/m2
(Nits), and an LED solid-state non-replaceable backlight with about
50,000hrs of half-life. The 2711P-B7C22D9P also has an internal
battery-backed clock with +/-2 minutes per month of clock accuracy
and it runs on a replaceable battery with a lifespan of at least 4
years. It allows for long-term storage of applications in its 512MB
of user memory and also with its 512MB of RAM. For external
storage, it supports an SD card slot.
The device comes with 2 USB high-speed 2.0 host ports (Type A),
which support removable flash drives for external storage, and it
comes with 1 high-speed 2.0 device port (Type B), and it connects
to the Ethernet Network through its double 10/100 base-configured
Ethernet ports, which support Device Level Ring (DLR), linear, or
star network topologies. The 2711P-B7C22D9P runs the Windows CE
Operating System with Extended Features and MS Office Viewers
(including FTP, VNC client-server, ActiveX controls, PDF reader,
and support for third-party devices). It is also compatible with
the FactoryTalk View Studio ME software and the FactoryTalk
ViewPoint software, version 2.6 or later. The 2711P-B7C22D9P
requires an input voltage ranging between 18 and 30V DC, with a 50W
maximum power consumption at 2.1A and 24V DC from either a SELV or
a PELV 24V DC power source. The device has an operational
temperature range of 0-55 °C (32-131 °F) at a relative humidity
range of 5-95% without condensation, and it can be stored under a
temperature range of -25-70 °C (-13-158 °F). The 2711P-B7C22D9P has
a maximum operating altitude of 2000m without de-rating, and it can
