Tower internal longitudinal seam welding using gantry walking, work piece fixing mode; rotator walking speed adopts servo stepless speed regulation, can meet the requirements of welding speed adjustment. Welding rotator walking, welding start or stop control is linkage with welding power supply.

1. In view of the tower has a certain taper, adjustable rotator using screw adjusting type, the distance between roller seats adjust through the manual screw; according to the internal longitudinal seam to adjust the spacing between the roller seats, make the longitudinal welding in horizontal position as far as possible.
2. Internal longitudinal seam welding machine head is equipped with two dimensional mechanical tracking mechanism, can reduce the frequent adjustments due to cylinder placed errors.
3. Equipped with a welding oscillator, swing or not during welding.
4. Near the machine head equipped with tv surveillance cameras, convenient welding observation.
Equipment application and scope:
Application: pyramid communication tower internal longitudinal seam automatic welding.
Welding mode: gas shield welding (with oscillator).
Scope of application: thickness 4mm-14mm; maximum length: 12000mm; diameter: Ф300mm-Ф1400 mm.
Job status: work piece welding surface is smooth, the largest seam gap less than 2mm.
Condition of work piece surface: no pollution, serious corrosion etc.
Work piece state before welding:
Work piece is placed on rotator, making sure the welding seam is on six o’clock direction.
By using spot weld, the work piece need to be welded firmly, then keep clean the welding spot, fixing the run-on and run-off tab.
