Product Overview

BOP is a large valve used to control wellbore fluids. In this type of valve, the sealing element resembles a large rubber doughnut that is mechanically squeezed inward to seal on either pipe (drill collar, drillpipe, casing, or tubing) or the openhole. The ability to seal on a variety of pipe sizes is one advantage the annular blowout preventer has over the ram blowout preventer. Most blowout preventer stacks contain at least one annular BOP at the top of the BOP stack and one or more ram-type preventers below.

Its type sub-ordinary blowout preventer, of universal blowout preventers and rotating blowout preventer. Ordinary BOP ram with full-and semi-closure, full closure type blowout preventer can seal the entire wellhead; semi-sealed shut wellhead annular cross-section of drill pipe exists. Universal BOP can start in case of emergency to cope with any size drill and empty wells.

6. The dynamic seal of annular BOP adopts the sealing ring of lip structure,which reduces the wearing of sealing ring to the maximum,and the sealing is reliable;the rubber is not easy to fold back,and there is the effect of funnel;and the well pressure has the function of assisting sealing,etc.
7. Seal element molded with two different styles of inserts to reduce closing volume and increase closing cycles.
