Considering that the replacement of the bearing bush is convenient
to maintain, there is room for replacement of the bearing bush, and
the structure of the guide wheel device adopts an eccentric
arrangement.
The guide axle is integrally forged with medium carbon alloy steel.
The caster is welded with a PVC or nylon gasket to protect the wire
rope.
Imported (or domestic) spherical roller bearings can be used, and
bearing temperature measuring components can also be installed.
In order to extend the service life of the wire rope, the rim is
provided with a wear-resistant, pressure-resistant wedge-shaped
gasket, which is padded with D660 (or nylon 1010).
1) Eccentric arrangement: There is a disassembly and assembly space
for replacing the bearing bush on the side of the swimming wheel,
and only the bearing bush can be repaired and replaced without
disassembling the entire day wheel device.
2) Symmetrical arrangement: the four wheels are symmetrical with
respect to both sides of the two bearing seats. Once the bearing
pads need to be replaced, only the entire day wheel device can be
disassembled.
There are basically two types of structures for the sky wheel &
guide wheel: one is a spoke type structure and the other is a
welded structure. The former is an old-fashioned structure, and the
overall rigidity is poor, and the spokes are easily broken during
use. The rope groove liner is made of hardwood material that is
subject to wear, frequent replacement, and produces an audible
sound during operation. The inner diameter of the swimming wheel is
inlaid with a bearing bush. The rotating mating surface is
lubricated for the grease of the oil cup. After a certain period of
time, the grease deteriorates and the oil passage is blocked. The
oil passage is blocked, which is not conducive to relubrication.
The bearing bush is cast iron material, easy to wear and pressure.
Crack, maintenance workload is large.
The welding type has been improved in structure to improve the
overall strength. The rope groove liner is made of wear-resistant
engineering plastics, which prolongs the service life. The bearing
bush is made of high-quality brass material, the lubrication method
is lubricated with thin oil, and the oil cup is shifted to The
outer side of the wheel is used to facilitate daily oiling
operations.
Sky wheel and guide wheel common faults and technology
1) For the old structure of the Tianlun sliding bearing burning

2) For the old structure of the rope groove without padding, no
additional padding can be added to the original rope groove. A
padded sky wheel needs to be replaced. The adjacent assembly size
can be kept still for installation.
3) For mines with difficult mountain transportation difficulties or
difficult transportation in underground roadways, the sky wheel
(guide wheel) can be replaced with a two-half structure or a
four-half structure
