Limestone barite and gypsum powder making raymond mill machine
Raymond mill (Raymond roller mill) is applicable to the grinding
and processing of more than 280 kinds of non-flammable and
non-explosive materials whose hardness less than 7 and humidity is
less than 6% in mining, construction, chemical industry and
metallurgy, such as barite, calcite, feldspar, talcum, marble,
limestone, clay, glass.
Working Principle:
Big stone is crushed by jaw crusher or hammer crusher to the
required sizes, and carried by bucket elevator or belt conveyor to
the storage hopper. Then the stone are fed evenly and continuously
by vibrating feeder into the main unit for grinding. The grinded powder are carried by the airflow from the blower to
the classifier to be classified, the particles which meet the
fineness enter cyclone collector through pipe, and are separated
and collected there. They are discharged at the discharging valve
to become finished products;the airflow is sucked to the blower by
return pipe on the top of cyclone collector. The whole airflow
system is a sealed circulation, and is circulated under positive
and negative air pressure.

Installation drawing
For each raymond mill we sold, we will offer the customer
installation drawing before installation. If customer needs, we
will also send engineer to local site for installation and
commissioning guidance.
