High efficiency gold knelson centrifugal concentrator
The automatic Discharge Centrifugal Gold Concentrator is also call
Knelson gold centrifugal concentrator, or gold centrifuge. It is
mainly used to collect the free gold particles from the placer
alluvial gold sand or rein gold slurry ground by the grinding mill,
like ball mill or wet pan mill.
For now, five models have been developed. Capacities range from
laboratory scale to 150 tons of solids per hour. Beneficiation test
shows that the recovery can be 99%,especially for recovering the
natural lode ore gold,when 65% Grind size are smaller than 0.074 mm
,the recovery is expected up to 98%.For 0.004 mm size natural gold,
the recovery is 97%.
Working principle
The raw material containing gold sand and water is fed into the
concentrator, and the concentrator bowl is rotating with the the
powder of the motor. The raw material is spalshed back and forth by
the eccentric power from the bowl liner. Meanwhile the backlash
water will be washing the raw material from the bottom of the bowl
liner. Because of the gravity eccentric power, the heavy gold
concentrate will be keeped and stay in the groove of the bowl
liner, and the light sand will be discharged from the discharge
mouth.

Customer working site
The centrifugal usually works together with the gold grinding mills
like ball mill, wet pan mill or chillean mill to be fed with gold
ore slurry and select the free gold or big size gold, the remaining
gold will be discharged and goes to the shaking table or gold
sluice so that the tailing gold can be reselected.

Package and delivery
We can offer various ways of package, dust-free wooden cases, steel
plate cases, or as the clients' request. Most of the time, the
equipment will be loaded to the containers in the factory. our
workers make sure all equipment are steady and fixed before close
the door of the container, there will be no damage during
