Our corrugated tube cutting machine is mainly used for the
quantitative cutting of corrugated tubes, rubber tubes plastic
tubes, and other circular tubes and pipes;
Can cut tubes automatically with even cut and precise length as
requested.
This automatic visual positioning tube cutting machine is easy to
operate, and accurate in positioning.

- Designed specifically for cutting wire and corrugated pipes, but

- Stepper motor control with stable feed and precise length;

- It has a wide range of applications, and can cut pipes with a
diameter of up to 60mm;
- Standard fixed-length cut-off, optional fixed point can be cut at
the peak or valley position;

1. Pay-off Sensor
The speed of the pay-off reel can be controlled according to the
speed of the cutting speed,; the feeding is stable;
2. Bobbin Pay-Off Creel
Synchronous control with the host, synchronous wire feeding, to
ensure that there is no resistance to the cutting tube if the
material reel is loose, it will automatically stop,
3. Auxiliary Feeding Device
Equipped with rollers and crimping wheels to achieve smooth
feeding.
4.Visual Positioning System
Equipped with a high-definition camera and self-developed visual
chase positioning system to meet high-quality pipe-cutting
requirements;
