SH105B improved version of automatic flash point tester
SH105B closed mouth flash point automatic measuring instrument is a
product developed by the latest scientific research outside the
center. The instrument adopts microcomputer technology and large
LCD display. The instrument heats up according to standard methods,
automatically raises and lowers, automatically ventilates,
automatically ignites, automatically displays, automatically locks
the flash point value, and automatically prints the results. After
the test is completed, it can be automatically cooled, and the
working process is fully automated. It has the advantages of
accurate measurement, good repeatability, stable performance and
simple operation. Widely used in power, petroleum, chemical,
commodity inspection, scientific research and other departments.

Instrument characteristics
1. It adopts a large color LCD display, full Chinese man-machine
dialogue interface, no logo keyboard, and prompt menu-oriented
input for parameters such as predictable temperature, sample label,
atmospheric pressure, and test date.
2. Simulated tracking shows the function curve of temperature rise
and test time. It has the function of prompting modification of
Chinese misoperation software and the prompting function of
parameters such as test date and test time.
3. Equipped with a standard RS-323,485 computer interface, the
lower computer stores 120 sets of historical data, and the optional
software can be connected to the computer to store data in a large
capacity and can be stored for a long time. When transmitting data,
the upper computer can modify the parameters of the lower computer
in real time.
4. Automatically correct the influence of atmospheric pressure on
the test and calculate the correction value.
5. Computer operation, Chinese operation prompt interface,
automatic detection and automatic report printing.
6. The data of opening the lid, igniting, detecting and printing
are automatically completed, and the test arm is automatically
raised and lowered.
7. Electronic ignition, forced air cooling, no gas source,
automatic ignition.
8. Automatic ignition without gas source is required, which
improves the safety of the test.
