Description
RUI-HE 6250-30MJS® is a type of hard silicone with hardness Shore A
30. It is a kind of of two- component materials consisting of a
flowable part A which when mixed with the curing agent or
catalyst,cures at room temperature by a condensation recation. It
is widely used for making molds for artificial stone, gypsum
casting, grc, grfc, cement/concrete decorative products and etc.
Advantages
1) Flexible and low viscosity which will copy finest details and
patterns from exquisite products.

5) Can resist high temperature 200℃ - 350℃, and low temperature

This product cannot be contacted with compounds containing N, P, S
to avoid affecting the catalytic effect of platinum.

Packaging & Storage
Available in 20kg pails or 200kg drums.
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight,
use it within 12 months from the day of manufacture.
Applications
Because of the outstanding properties 6250-30MJS® liquid silicone
rubber is particularly suitable for producing high transparent &
high precision silicone rubber molding. It also can be made mold
for the other materials forming.
Molding silicone is suitable for reproducing and replicating
variety of products in large quantity, such us art crafts,
furniture, prototyping, architectural elements, garden ornaments,
shoe, tire, soap, candle, jewelry, vacuum bag and so on.
Molds silicone rubber is also suitable for making molds for variety
of material, such as resin, PU, PVC, polyester, gypsum, plaster,
concrete, cement, stone, GRC, wax, jewelry and so on.
