Introduction of Electric Furnace:
The high-temperature muffle furnace is also called the following
names: electric furnace, resistance furnace, Maofu furnace, muffle
furnace, horse boiling furnace.
High temperature muffle furnaces are generally divided into 1000℃,
1200℃ muffle furnaces, 1400℃ muffle furnaces, 1600℃, 1700℃ muffle
furnaces according to the rated temperature.
Application Range of Electric Furnace:
(1) Thermal processing, cement, building materials industry,
thermal processing or processing of small workpieces.
(2) Pharmaceutical industry: used for drug inspection, pretreatment
of medical samples, etc.
(3) Analytical chemistry industry: as a sample processing in water
quality analysis, environmental analysis and other fields. It can
also be used for petroleum and its analysis.
(4) Coal quality analysis: used to determine moisture, ash content,
volatile content, ash melting point analysis, ash composition
analysis, elemental analysis. It can also be used as a general
ashing furnace.
