Industrial muffle furnace introduction :
High temperature industrial muffle furnace for special baking

The box industrial muffle furnace is provided with heat sinks
through special treatment, which can ensure that the door of the
furnace is not deformed for a long time, and can also quickly cool
down to ensure the temperature of the furnace shell. The
temperature control instrument adopts microcomputer temperature
control, which has high temperature control accuracy and easy
operation. The heating element adopts imported elements, which has
fast heating speed and energy saving. Ceramic fiber insulation,
light quality and good insulation performance. The product has no
maintenance and the subsequent cost is low. The special structure
of industrial muffle furnace door can protect the furnace station
from deformation for a long time, and can also reduce the
temperature of the furnace door. All wires of this electric furnace
are well connected, no need to install. The electric furnace is
composed of a furnace shell, a furnace lining, a heating element
and a temperature control device. The furnace shell is assembled by
welding steel plates, and the exterior is coated with high
temperature paint. The lining adopts imported products from abroad,
which has good thermal insulation effect and small heat loss, and
also reduces the weight of the furnace body.

defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of
purchase. Within this period, Across International will, at its
sole options, replace any components that fail in normal use. Such
replacement will be made at no charge to the customer for parts,
provided that the customer shall be responsible for any
transportation cost. This warranty does not cover consumables and
failures due to abuse, misuse, accident or unauthorized alteration
or repairs.
Replacement will be shipped to you after photo or other evidence
are provided and investigated.
