DR-350 drilling rig is a mechanical top drive drilling equipment
integrating water drilling and gas drilling, which solves the
difficulty of air drilling with air-dive hole hammer in soil layer,
hard rock layer, gravel and pebble layer. Due to the low efficiency
of mud drilling construction, the dual-purpose water and gas rig is
suitable for various formations, and the efficiency of drilling
cores and geological exploration for drilling cores is highly
efficient and energy-saving.
Main Technical Features
1.Equipped with hydraulic steel track, the off-road ability is
stronger;
2. It is equipped with 4 hydraulic square tube high legs, which is
convenient for leveling on site and can save a lot of loading and
unloading costs;
3. The drill rig is equipped with a drill rod frame and a foot
pedal on the left and right respectively, the design is more
user-friendly;
4. The front end of the drilling rig is equipped with an auxiliary
rod unloading cylinder, which is more convenient for loosening the
drill rod;
5. The hydraulic oil pump and the power are directly connected with
a universal shaft, and the rig can climb and move more powerfully;
6. AMT manual-automatic automatic transmission gearbox and
electronically controlled shifter are adopted to make shifting
easier;
7. The drilling rig uses dual oil pumps to supply oil, and the
hydraulic system uses split and merge technology to make the power
head rise and fall more quickly;
8. Equipped with folding auxiliary tower, it can lift 2 3m/root gas
drill rods at a time.
