Principle and characteristics
1. Vacuum drying, which will be dry material in vacuum condition,
heating to dry, it use vacuum pump for lashing out and dry,
accelerated the drying process.
2. When heating temperature constant, improve the vacuum can speed
up the drying process.
3. When vacuum constant , increasing the temperature can speed up
the drying process.
4. Increasing both vacuum and heating temperature, can speed up
drying process significantly.
5. If using condenser, can make solvents of material be recycled
through the condenser.
6. If using SK series water ring vacuum pumps or ZSWJ series
hydraulic injection vacuum pump unit, the condenser is no need.
