DW Series Belt Type Industrial Drying Equipment for fruit and

Descriptions
The raw material can be spread on the conveyer belt through
suitable auxiliary mechanism such as distributor, vibrating belt,
pulverizer or granulator. The conveyor passes one channel or
several channels consisting of heating unit.. Each heating unit is
equipped with air heating and circle system. Each channel has one
or several damp exhaust system. When the conveyor passes it, hot
air passes through raw material from up to low or from low to up.
In this way, it makes raw material dry uniformity.
Applications
The belt drier is an usual continuous dryer. being widely used for
chemical industry, foodstuff industry, pharmaceutical industry,
construction material industry, electronics industry and so on.
Particularly, it is suitable to dry the raw materials of sheet,
strip or granule that are good in air permeability. For the paste
substance of filter cakes, it is better to dry them first to make
them become granule or strip through granulator.
Features
1. The amount of air, heating-up temperature, staying time of raw
material can be adjusted in order to get the best dry effect.
2. The configuration of equipment is flexible. It can use the
washing system of screen belt and the cooling system of raw
materials.

5. The heat source may be steam, heat conduction oil, electricity
or coal (oil).
Typical Products
Dehydrated vegetable, granule feedstuff, monosodium glutamate,
chicken abstract, shredded coconut stuffing, organic pigment,
synthetic rubber, PP fiber, medicines, medicinal materials, small
wood products, plastic products, aging and solidifying of
electronics elements, calcium carbonate, white carbon black
dyestuff and so on.

Explanation:
1. Evaporation rate mainly depends on the area of drying section,
which is designed according to details of raw material. While, the
width is often relative fixed value,1.2m, 1.6m,2.0m to choose.
2. The vaporized amount of water should be assured in accordance
with the dry temperature, thickness of raw material spreading and
stay time.
