APPLICATION
The Lijiang IG production line uses the latest technology. Its main
purpose is to create high-end quality and provide a large number of
useful functions, improve production efficiency, save production
costs and generate maximum benefits.
Now Lijiang mainly has two hollow lines with different
technologies. One is to use transfer wheels to transport glass, and
the other is to use air floatation technology to transport glass.
This new technology is to prevent the glass from being contaminated
by the wheels and leaving traces, so new technology is adopted to
improve the high quality of IG production.

1.Energy saving of pressing box
The pressing box adopts 3 micro switches, which divide the pressing
part into 4 regions.
When each micro switch receives the signal, it will add a part of
the working area. When the corresponding micro switch is not
touched, the region does not work.
- When glass L ≤ 1.5m, Region 1 works.
- When glass L =1.5m-2.3m, Region 1 & Region 2 work.
- When glass 2.3m < L < 3.2m, Region 1, Region 2 & Region 3 work.
- When glass 3.2m = L ≤ 4m, All Region work together.
What’s more, the two sides and bottom of the pressing box will be
sealed to ensure the inflating effect. It can save much argon gas
and electricity power.
2.Automatic high-speed argon filling
The IG production line only fills 22s of argon with a piece of
1m*1m double glass. The argon gas value can be set and displayed
directly on the screen. From the screen, we can visually observe
the argon content and filling rate.
When the two glasses are closed, it will begin to fill argon from
the bottom of the glass. When the previous set value is reached,
inflation will stop automatically.
