APPLICATION
Lijiang IG production line uses the latest technology. Its main
purpose is to create high-end quality and provide a large number of
useful functions, improve production efficiency, save production
costs and maximize profits.
Now Lijiang has mainly two different digging lines. One uses a
transfer wheel to transport glass, and the other is a new
technology that uses air flotation technology to transport glass.
This new technology is to protect the glass from contamination and
leave traces, so the new technology is adopted to improve the high
quality of IG products.

Detailed description
1.The special structure inside the washing machine can
automatically detect the thickness of the glass. Different
thicknesses of glass allow for faster transfer, increasing
production speed. According to tests, it only takes 22s to produce
1m * insulating glass.
1) There is a universal joint device, when the thickness of the
glass was changed, the air knife moves forward and backward to
determine the distance that the relative distance between the air
knife and the glass is constant, so as to avoid damage to the
glass. To change the thickness of the glass.
2). There are chain gears on both sides of the bottom of the glass
to actively transfer the glass which can keep a fast speed, not
only the large size, small size glass can also be passed quickly.
2. It is the first one in China to use adjustable points to ensure
that the platen will never deform.
We adopt CNC technology into the pressing board. We designed the
adjustable points inside the pressing board to keep the back plate
straight all the time. In China, except LIJIANG, no one can
guarantee that the pressing board will remain vertical and straight
all the time after used 10 or 20 years. However, we solve this
problem already.
