APPLICATION
Lijiang IG production line uses the latest technology. Its main
purpose is to create high-end quality and provide a large number of
useful functions, improve production efficiency, save production
costs and maximize profits.
Now Lijiang has mainly two different digging lines. One uses a
transfer wheel to transport glass, and the other is a new
technology that uses air flotation technology to transport glass.
This new technology is to protect the glass from contamination and
leave traces, so the new technology is adopted to improve the high
quality of IG products.

Detailed description
1.The washing machine uses 304 stainless steel materials
The whole washing and drying section adopt 304 stainless steel
materials, including the plate and interior spare parts.
2.The washing machine uses six (nine-e) brushes with a diameter of
0.mm mm.
It has br brushes which are all soft brushes, can clean low glass,
flat glass, tempered glass and others. Its diameter is less than
0.mm Bristol, never breaks glass, especially for low e glass.
3.Using Europe's advanced anti-noise system to create a good
working environment for employees
The noise can be controlled below 90 decibels by using nylon gear
and sponges.
4.Water. Water heating system and water filter system.
As water quality varies from country to country, using clean water
to clean the glass by adopting an air heating system to ensure that
the glass was clean enough. What’s more, by using a water filter
system to recycle water, save water and keep the water clean.
