Product Introduction
1. Microcomputer control. You can preset: work program, centrifugal
force, rotation speed,
centrifugal temperature, centrifugal time, and rotor model, which
can be displayed on LCD screen synchronously.
2. Adopting ultra-light and super-strength composite material rotor
which has advantages of slow heat conduction,
strong corrosion resistance, fast speed up and down, It greatly
saves time for end-users and is the preferred model
for high-speed centrifuge users.
3. You can set acceleration and deceleration time within the
allowed range based on requirements.
4. AC variable frequency motor drive, smooth and quiet operation,
no maintenance is required.
5. Press keyboard to set working parameters. It can be equipped
with self-adjusting balanced rotor.
rotor head is out of balance,it will display error code, the
machine shall alarm and stop automatically.
It does not need to keep balance if weight of blood bag is within
3-50g.
6. 10 gears of acceleration and deceleration control, free stopping
time of the 9th gear can be up to more than 540s,
it counts in second when the counter time is less than one minute
for meeting special requirements of speed deceleration of some
users.
7. 10 freely programmable working program settings for option and
freely call to improve work efficiency.
8. Electronic door lock, 304 stainless steel inner cavity to
prevent rust, three-layer steel structure to protect user’s safety.
9. Imported compressor unit, dual heating and cooling temperature
control, and unique heat dissipation system ensure best
cooling and heating effect of the instrument.
10. Parameters can be changed randomly during non-program running.
11. The instrument is equipped with a variety of protections such
as over-speed, over-temperature, imbalance and
self-locking of the door cover, ensuring safety of human and
machine.
12. Dedicated horizontal square cup rotor for blood station
6*1000ml, 6*400ml penta blood bags can be separated at one time;
24*100ml blood platelet transfer bags. This machine is dedicated to
be used for biological pharmacy, biological products, blood
stations.
