Our piston kit surface treatment:

1.Alfin Reinforcement: Piston kit with alfin reinforcement are resistant to compression ring groove wear.The alfin reinforcement also act as a heat barrier minimizing heat conduction from piston skirt area. Advantage:Such piston can thus withstand the demand for higher load and higher performance engine.

2.Gooling Gallery: It created for operation in high temperature environment like turbo engines.Through oil circulation in the gallery,pistons are intensively cooled in the piston crown and ring belt area

3.Tin Coating:Tin coated surface provides extra lubrication and smoother running of cylinder components resulting in longer engine life time.

4.Phosphating:Reduce the friction from with the cylinder liner.And to protect the iston from corrosion.
