This drilling rig uses compressed air as power source. The power
for drill tools rotary is from pneumatic motor, Torque of the
pneumatic and impact force of the hammer are from compressed air.
When pneumatic motor in working condition, it changes the
compressed air into rotary torque transmit to the reducer ,makes
the drill rod on the output shaft of the reducer rotated.
The alloy bit in the front of the hammer impact and crush rock
constantly. The high pressure compressed air discharged the
drilling cuttings from drill bit exhaust vent to the ground. The
shaft force from the propulsion cylinder feeding drill tools to
drill hole, then draw back the drill tools.
Application
SKQ70 pneumatic DTH drilling rig is designed for these highway,
railway, water conservancy, mine construction engineers which road
inconvenient in the earlier projects stage.
It is suitable for the slope support and other projects. So the
machine is a kind of portable and economic models.

Structure and usage
KSQ70 DTH drill rig is consist of supporting mechanism ,speed
reducer,pneumatic motor,propulsion mechanism ,drilling
system,atomized lubricator and pneumatic control valve.
supporting mechanism
supporting mechanism includes mast and support leg. The mast is
welded from box iron. It is not only the sliding rail for the
sliding plate, but also the crossbeam of the drilling rig.
Sliding plate, air cylinder and hammer holder is installed on the
mast. Speed reducer slides back and forth following with the
sliding plate on the mast. The supporting part is used to support
mast. The inclination angle of the mast can be controlled by
adjusting the length of rear support legs, then changing the angle
of drill hole.
