The machine is mainly used for washing/ filling/ capping PET bottle
juice, tea drinks and all kinds of energy drink for hot filling.
Only need to change a few spare parts, that can suitable for
filling pure water and mineral water.

Fruit juice, energy drinks, ice tea drinks, coffee beverage, pulp
juice, flavored milk, sports beverage drink, ginger drink, flavored
water drinks. Apple juice, Orange juice, cherry juice, mango juice,

papaya juice

Bottle Infeed
1. Bottle infeed by combination of infeed satrwheels
2. Equipped with bottle jam protection device.
Rinser
1. Fully stainless steel welded structure.
2. Driven by driving system positioned inside machine frame via
gear transmission.
Transfer StarwheelThe material is super-corrosion stainless steel,
the wheel has block bottle protect device.
Filler
1. Isobaric filling method.
2. Level of cylinder is controlled with float-ball.
Capper
Capper is the machine with highest precision, influence very much
with the stability and reliability of the filling monoblock.
Discharge Starwheel
1. Nylon starwheel and conveyor belt work together to discharge
bottles.
2. Equipped with bottle jam protection device.
