Automatic plant oil oxidation stability instrument (oxygen pressure
change method)
The ST149B Automatic Oxidation Stability Tester maintains a
relatively stable environment for a short period of time under an
oxygen-free environment according to the food at room temperature.
When the temperature and pressure are increased, the food's
resistance to the oxidation of fat will be weakened. This product
complies with ISO 6886: 2004 "Animal and vegetable fats and
oils-Determination of oxidation stability (accelerated oxidation
test)". This instrument automatically records the changes in oxygen
pressure during the oxidation of food. Through this method, you can
know the stability of food oil oxidation . It is suitable for foods
containing oils, solids or liquids, including vegetables and animal
tissues, and can directly detect foods without the need to separate
oils and fats.
