Wireless MWD Product Introduction RSYQ-48
MWD: abbreviation of "measurement while drilling". Wireless while
drilling measuring instrument can measure in time during the
drilling process, that is, under the condition of non-stop
drilling, the mud pulse generator sends the data measured by the
downhole probe to the ground, and after collection and processing
by the computer system, real-time well bore parameters and
formation parameters are obtained.

1. Mud pulse generator can be directly exchanged with instruments
of QDT, GE and domestic MWD manufacturers, saving users' secondary
investment.
2. The whole MWD system adopts low power consumption design, and a
single battery can work for 300 hours.
3. The maintenance-free period reaches more than 800 hours, and the
maintenance cost is one third of the traditional MWD.
4. The mud analysis signal is twice that of the traditional MWD,
ensuring stable transmission at a longer distance.

The MWD can measure the dip angle, azimuth angle, tool face angle
and the natural gamma intensity of the formation in the process of
drilling, so as to provide well bore parameters and formation
evaluation data in time for the drilling of highly deviated wells
and horizontal wells. The biggest advantage of MWD is that it can
"see" what is happening in the well in real time, and only delay a
few minutes from the bottom hole measurement parameters to the
ground receiving data, so it can improve the decision-making
process. This instrument is necessary for improving drilling speed
and ensuring drilling quality in directional and horizontal wells.
