Product Description of Hose Sealing Machine

Tube sealing machine is widely used in sealing the aluminum plastic tube, laminated tube, multilayer tube etc.It's suitable for toothpaste, cosmetic, medicines, food, and industrial plastic tube tail welding.

The high frequency vibration acts on the two surfaces of the plastic, and the heat generated by the vibration causes these two surfaces to be welded together tightly, the strength of welding area is the same as other area of the plastic. No need adhesive or heating, Replace the traditional hot pressing or bonding process, Low cost , no pollution and no damage to plastic tube.

After sealing ,it can get different kinds of tube tail shape according to customer's need, flat shape, half arc shape ,rounding chamfer shape,flat with hanger hole etc.

1. The body is made of SUS304 material, with a unique and beautiful appearance.
2. A high-quality LCD display programming controller and button combined operation video, comprehensively grasping the operation status of the equipment such as stepless speed regulation, parameter equipment, production counting statistics, air pressure indication, fault display, etc., making the operation simple and user-friendly.
3. Manually insert the metal tube into the tube seat of the turntable, and use mechanical transmission to rotate the turntable station. When the photoelectric sensor detects the metal tube, the material is filled into the tube through the filling system. After filling is completed, the turntable automatically rotates to complete the subsequent tail sealing, coding, and automatic ejection process of the finished product.
4. A high-precision benchmarking system reduces the color difference range between the pipe body and the color code.
5. External adjustment parts with position digital display, quick and accurate adjustment (suitable for multi specification and multi variety production).
6. Integration of machine, light, electricity, and gas, no filling without pipes, inadequate pipe supply, low air pressure, and automatic display (alarm); Fully automatic functions such as automatic shutdown when opening the protective door.
7. Adopting PLC control system, the operation is simple, intuitive and convenient, with complete functions and stable operation.
