1. Single layer tank size: width 600 * clear height 200 * depth
800mm, controlled by a set of PLC temperature control system, with
independent timing for each layer;
2. Boundary dimension: width 1200 * height 2090 * depth 1150mm;
3. Temperature range: room temperature - 250 ℃ (normal use);
4. Heating up time: heating up to 150 ℃ ~ 10min
5. Temperature uniformity: ± 1.5% (no-load test)
6. Protection device: PID self-tuning, automatic constant
temperature, automatic timing, temperature to post timing alarm
power-off, over temperature power-off, leakage protection, motor
overload protection and other control circuit fuses, non fuse
switches and other electrical accessories;
7. It adopts intelligent temperature controller, PID automatic
calculation, LED display and SSR solid-state relay output to
control the accuracy of temperature accurately;
8. The inner tank is made of 304 × stainless steel plate with
mirror surface, which is fully welded by argon arc welding to
prevent dust generated by the machine itself; the outer box is
painted with 2.0mm cold rolled plate and high temperature powder;
9. The internal cleanliness can reach a thousand grade dust-free
environment;
10. Double over temperature protection, more safe and reliable;
11. Internal hot air circulation, baking objects evenly heated;
12. Fast heating time, stable and accurate temperature;
13. The first-class heat insulation and heat breaking technology in
China has remarkable sealing effect;
14. The low temperature of the body shell has little effect on the
indoor environment temperature;
