Electronic Industry Salt Mist Testing Equipment Salt Fog Test Chamber Salt Spray Corrosion Cabinet is specifically designed for materials surface corrosion resistance testing, these materials are treated in kinds of paint, coating, plating, antirust oil treated, etc.; widely used in metal, electro, electronic, chemical, automotive, aviation, aerospace, telecommunications and other industries. Carrying out corrosion testing for the products of materials and coating, so as to analyze and evaluate the samples’ performance under specific environmental conditions of marine environment.

There are four test methods as following mentioned:

NSS test (neutral salt spray test) is the widely used accelerated corrosion test method.

It adops 5% saline solution with PH value of 6~7, test temperature is 35℃, precipitation of salt spray is 1~2ml/80cm/hr.

ASS test (acetic acid salt spray test) is developed based on NSS test. Adding some glacial acetic acid into saline solution, and make the PH value of solution to be 3, then solution becomes acidic solution, so does salt fog.

Its corrosion speed is 3 times faster than NSS test.

CASS test(copper-accelerated acetic acid-salt spray test) is a kind of fast salt spray corrosion test, add some copper salt into saline solution, test temperature is 50℃, its corrosion speed is about 8 times than the NSS test.

Alternating salt spray test is a kind of composite salt spray/fog test, it is actually a neutral salt spray test and constant temperaure humidity test, mainly used for cavity type product, through infiltration of wet environment, make the salt fog corrosion not only on the surface of the product, also occure interior product. Using this method, users can inspect electrical performance and mechanical performance of product under the condition of salt fog and hot wet

Features:
1 Entire PP&PVC solid mechanical structure, resistance to hydrochloric acid, heat resistance and never aging, suitable for salt fog copper acetate, etc.
2 Patent nozzle and conical diffusion device makes the fall fog rapidly and evenly. With manual level automatic control mode, the biggest setting time can reach 9990 hours.
3 Have automatic demist device, can clear observe tested products after the experience is finished.
4 Three complete temperature control systems(Saturated air temperature, the temperature in the cabinet, the test liquid temperature) ensure the consistency and standards of the test.

4)Production and delivery process:

We will produce the machines according to confirmed PO requirements. Offering photoes to show production process.

After finish production, offer photoes to customer to confirm again with the machine. Then do own factory calibration or third party calibration(as customer requirements). Check and test all the details and then arrange packing.

Deliver the products in confirmed shipping time and inform customer.
