Introductions:
IP5X/6X Sand Blast Dust Proof Test Chamber for LED Lamps and
Electronics is designed according to
GB4706,GB2423,GB7000.1,IEC60529,ect standards and meet the IP5X and
IP6X dust test requirements. It is maily used for testing control
cabinet, household appliances, low voltage electric appliance,
automobile, lamps and lanterns, motorcycle parts,ect outer shells.
Test chamber pressure can be constant and changed, suitable for
indoor low concentration dust pollution test, assessment sample in
this environment of sealing and corrosion degree.
Application background:
The damage of natural dust (sand dust, wind dust, dust, etc.) to
products and materials causes economic loss which is hard to
estimate every year. The damage caused mainly includes corrosion,
fading, deformation, strength reduction, expansion, mildew, etc.,
especially the electrical products are easy to cause fire due to
short circuit caused by dust. Therefore, it is an essential key
procedure to carry out dust-proof test for specific products or
materials.

climate conditions, such as electronic and electrical products,
lamps, cabinets, electrical components, automobiles, motorcycles
and their parts. After the test, judge whether the performance of
the product meets the requirements through verification, so as to
facilitate the design, improvement, verification and delivery
inspection of the product.
