Function:
test pressure. Under normal circumstances, the resistance of clean
air filter to air path is relatively small. If the air filter is
blocked, the pipeline resistance is relatively large and the
differential pressure at both ends of the air filter becomes
larger. For example, a pressure switch is installed at one end,
which can be used as the signal detection basis for air filter
blockage
Notes for cleaning air filter element of excavator:
1. When cleaning the air filter element, do not use screwdriver or
other tools to remove the cover of the air filter shell or the
external filter element.
2. Do not remove the internal filter element during cleaning,
otherwise dust will enter and cause engine problems.
3. When cleaning the air filter element, do not hit or beat the
filter element with anything, and do not leave the air filter
element open for a long time.
4. After cleaning, it is necessary to confirm the use of the filter
material, sealing pad or rubber sealing part of the filter element.
If it is damaged, it cannot continue to be used.
5. After cleaning the filter element, if holes or thinner parts are
found in the filter element when the light is used for inspection,
the filter element shall be replaced.
