6. Function and structure: the plate is gradually rolled into a finished support through 18 passes of rollers. It is composed of variable frequency motor, reducer and roller group. The bed adopts welding structure and stress relief treatment;
The roller is of combined structure, with small speed difference and forming resistance, and small wear on the steel plate surface; the roller process design adopts imported software, computer design, and FEA analysis to ensure the shape accuracy of the workpiece without scratching the plate. The roller is forged by Cr12 and processed by numerical control after overall quenching. The hardness can reach HRC58-62. It has the characteristics of high strength, high hardness, high precision and service life.
