Situation1:If you having the finished 3D design,the Process will be:
1.Customers send us 3D files and provide
material/color/size/logo/surface/quantity etc.
2.We will make a production scheme and quotation.
3.After your payment,we will make mold and samples for confirming by
customers.If not,our engineer team will modify the mold untill the
samples approved.
4.After the samples approved,we will arrange mass production.
Situation 2:Just an idea or actual sample,the Process will be:
1.Our engineer team will 3D scanning the sample to get the 3D file.
2.According to customers’ idea,engineers can help make the 3D files.

1. If you worry about the quality before ordering, we can supply
you our current sample to check the quality.
2. After finishing the mold: we would supply the samples for your
approval before mass production ensure everything is perfect.
3. We have abilities to provide one package service for our
customers.From Design,3D scanning,modify drawing,3D print
sample,making molds and samples,mass production ,quality control.
4. Software for specification drawings: Auto CAD, Solid Works,
Pro/E etc.

manufacture the products as per your requirements.
Q 4: How long can I get the sample?
A: 1-3days for 3D print;20-25days for making mold;5 days for
finishing one design.
Q 5: What about the lead time for mass production?
A: It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the
order.
